It is through relationships that we are nourished, that we can thrive and develop \u2013 and doesn\u2019t matter if this relationship is familiar, a friendship, or a partnership.\u00a0 \u00a0Moving through life we can find ourselves longing that our relationships will create a healthy and fulfilled ground, but occasionally we can be thrown into the pain of feeling separated or not knowing how to find our own space while allowing the connection to flow.<\/p>\n
The stress and changes that many of us are experiencing during this global reality have a great influence on the way we relate. For some is isolation and not being able to see our friends, family, and beloveds. For others is just the opposite: we are stuck in our homes, with our family and nowhere to escape, as we used to have. Nevertheless, we can use these challenges as tremendous opportunities for growth.<\/p>\n
In this course, we are going to share some of them, such as relaxing in who we are in front of a partner, connecting with your inner trust to share your vulnerable parts and communicating what we really feel and need.\u00a0We can choose to say yes to the flow of love and strengthen its foundation when we learn the tools that help us to sustain a healthy relationship.<\/p>\n
